Thank you for your interest in the 2024 class of the Clarksville Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy.  Please take time to read through the qualifications for participation and the application before beginning your submission.  As a part of the selection process, the committee may deem it necessary to conduct in-person interviews with applicants.

All participants must commit to all of the requirements of the Leadership Academy.  To successfully complete the program, all scheduled retreats and meetings (including any field trips) must be attended in full and you must have active and real participation within your group project.

In addition to the five scheduled retreats, prior to graduation, each student will be required to complete several independent actions.  Students should plan their entire day (from 8am-5pm) for the retreats.  

• Retreat 1:  February 15, 2024
• Retreat 2:  March 21, 2024
• Retreat 3:  April 18, 2024
• Retreat 4:  August 15, 2024
• Retreat 5:  September 19, 2024
• Graduation:  October 24, 2024

Applications are due by November 17, 2023 and notifications of selections will be sent not later than December 15, 2023.

To participate in the Clarksville Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy:

• REALTORS® must have a minimum of 18 months of experience prior to date of application, even if with another market or association.  Experience in lieu of time may be considered on a case by case basis by written request.
• If the applicant has no previous CAR committee experience, a letter of recommendation from the applicant's Broker is to accompany the application.  
• REALTORS® must not have any current or pending Code of Ethics proceedings.  
• Affiliate Partners are welcome to the program but should understand that priority is given to the REALTOR® member applicants and that their graduation from the program will not qualify for them for eligibility to serve on the Board of Directors.
